Privacy policy.

RojMah’s first App Store release keeps calendar preferences, favorites and reminder settings on your device. The app does not collect personal data, create accounts, display advertising or include analytics or tracking SDKs.

Information used on your device

RojMah stores your chosen language, appearance, calendar system, prayer-location preset, prayer convention, notification preferences, event favorites and other settings in local app storage. It calculates dates and prayer-time estimates locally using the device clock, local time zone and the location preset you select.

The app does not request GPS access, read your personal system calendar or contacts, or access your photos, camera or microphone. A selected city is used for local calculation; it is not transmitted to the developer.

Event information and internet access

The first release contains its event collection and fonts inside the app. It has no configured remote dataset-update endpoint and makes no automatic event-update requests. No account, user identifier, calendar preference or favorite is sent to a server.

If a later release introduces remote dataset updates, its privacy disclosures will explain the hosting service and any information retained before those updates are enabled. The current app’s source-reference links and its support and privacy links open your external browser. Websites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices.

Notifications

With your permission, RojMah schedules local reminders using your operating system. It does not use remote push notifications or send a push token to a server. You can disable reminders in the app and revoke notification permission in system settings.

Settings backups and the desktop overlay

If you copy a settings backup, its contents are placed on your clipboard at your request. You decide where to save or send the backup. It contains preferences and does not contain event favorites. RojMah does not upload it.

On Mac, the optional OBS overlay serves date and event information to a loopback address on your own computer. Other local programs may access that address while the overlay is enabled. If you record or broadcast the overlay, the information visible in that recording or stream is handled by the service you choose. Turn the overlay off in Settings to stop the local server.

Retention and deletion

Local settings and favorites remain until you change or remove them. Reset Settings restores preferences while keeping favorites and event data. Unstar events to remove favorites. Restore bundled data replaces a downloaded event collection with the included collection. Removing the app and its stored data removes its local state. Copies you export and operating-system backups are controlled separately by you and the operating-system provider.

We do not maintain a server-side copy of your app settings or favorites, so there is no account or remote profile to delete.

Support and this website

If you email the developer, you choose what information to share. Your message and email address are used to respond to your request and resolve the issue. Please avoid sending sensitive information. Support correspondence is kept only while needed for the request and related follow-up; you can request deletion by contacting the same support address.

These support pages contain no advertising, analytics scripts, cookies, forms or third-party embedded media. The website hosting provider may process network information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the pages. Review the hosting provider’s privacy notice for its practices. Information handled by your browser, Apple or other operating-system services is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Children

RojMah does not collect personal information from users of any age through the app. It contains no advertising or user accounts.
